Soirée Essentials
Price: $450 (standard time)
Description:
A beautifully modern beige venue, perfect for intimate celebrations that need a simple, stylish blank canvas.
• 7-hour venue access during standard time slots (10 AM–5 PM or 6 PM–1 AM) — includes setup & breakdown
• Seating for up to 50 guests
• Free parking & Wi-Fi
• No add-on tables/chairs available
Custom Time Upgrade:
• 8-hour custom block: $600
• Additional time: $50/hour, plus security if required (must be added before 10 AM or after 1 AM for standard slots)
Soirée Select
Price: $2,500
Description:
An intimate, modern event setup with curated decor to elevate your celebration — without the stress of planning details yourself.
Includes:
• 7-hour custom time block
• Themed backdrop & balloon garland
• Standard themed centerpieces
• Tablecloths & charger plates
• Welcome sign & champagne/favor wall
Add-Ons:

Signature Soirée
Price: $4,500
Description:
A luxurious full-service experience at our cozy modern venue — perfect for micro weddings, showers, or milestone parties where every detail shines.
