Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refunds Non-Refundable: All payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable. Payment Plans: Financing options (e.g., Affirm, Afterpay) are subject to approval and are the participant’s responsibility. Payments do not need to be fully completed before the workshop date. No Transfers: Payments cannot be transferred to another event. Attendance & Participation Punctuality: Participants must arrive on time. No make-up sessions will be provided for missed content. Engagement: Active participation in all activities is expected. Professionalism: Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive participants may be asked to leave without a refund. Travel & Lodging Participant Responsibility: Transportation, lodging, and personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility. Intellectual Property Course Materials: Materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or sold. Photography: Photos and videos taken by the organizers may be used for promotional purposes. Use of Work Portfolio Use: Participants may use photos of their work from the workshop for personal portfolios and must credit the Soiree Series and vendors. Vendor Credit: Social media posts must tag or credit involved vendors. Liability Property Damage: Participants are responsible for damages caused to workshop materials or venue property. Personal Responsibility: The organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the workshop. Cancellations & Rescheduling Organizer Changes: The organizers may reschedule or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. A new date or credit will be offered. No Rescheduling: Missed attendance by the participant will not be refunded or rescheduled. Miscellaneous Dress Code: Participants should dress appropriately for hands-on activities. Confidentiality: Business strategies and tools discussed are confidential and must not be shared.
